El Código Electoral: sin debate ni transparencia, una reforma llena de problemas
Las organizaciones firmantes advertimos que la reforma al Código Electoral que fue aprobada el día de ayer en la tarde en el Senado de la República, fue tramitada de manera irregular en el Congreso, sin suficiente debate ni transparencia por cuenta del mensaje de urgencia del gobierno, e incluyendo varios artículos preocupantes. Aquí les contamos mejor.
Si no la peluquean, mejor que se caiga la reforma electoral
La tecnología, tal y como la regula el Código Electoral, precisa garantías. Las normas sobre voto electrónico y auditoría del software siguen siendo confusas o ambiguas. No creemos que existan garantías suficientes en el uso de tecnología, sin transparencia ni debate de fondo debemos decir #NoAlCódigoElectoral
